How It Works

    Evaluate

    Our master craftsman will carefully evaluate your piece in order to propose a restoration plan and Scope of Work Proposal. Photos may be submitted, or an appointment can be made to bring the piece to our facility for assessment. Please note that HWT does not specialize in the re-finishing of antique furniture.

    Schedule

    HWT will schedule your project upon your agreement to the Scope of Work Proposal based on the evaluation, your Proof of Ownership Form, and the down-payment for the services agreed to.

    Send

    All projects are performed at our facility. Customers are responsible for the safe shipping and/or delivery of objects to be restored. We will be happy to offer our assistance and advice on these matters and ship empty cases to your location.

    Restore & Return

    Our Master Crafstman will perform the services agreed upon to preserve and improve your heirloom or atique. Upon completing the work required, HWT will ship your restored piece back to you!

Each Heirloom or Antique is Special

Each heirloom or antique has a distinct value as well as a sentimental value. This is why we take extra care in restoring every piece brought to our facility. We assess all options and advise the best course of action to restore your piece to the level of originality you desire. Please note that we do not specialize in re-finishing antique furniture. If your antique furniture does not need structural or cosmetic repair, please consult a wood finisher in your area.
